Dear Prayer Warriors,                     November 28, 2017

Rejoice evermore. Prayer without ceasing. In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.  1 Thessalonians 5:16-18  Mrs. Friesen set these verses to music and they continue to run through my head and heart.  That is just what I need each day to help guide and direct everything I do, Gods Word! So lets walk through the past couple of months together!

Early in September I was taking a walk in the neighbourhood and met several children and their parents.  The evening ended with 6 children sitting around the kitchen table.  The Lord has opened the door and given opportunities to show the love of Jesus over and over.  We have 4 little girls coming to Sunday School and church now! Rejoice evermore! They all need Jesus as their Saviour!

In mid October one of our flock, Connie Ward passed into eternity.  It was not expected.  The family needs our unceasing prayers and support through a myriad of changes that they face daily.

We are giving thanks for Beegee, Mitizie and Vincent who recently joined Cornerstone Baptist.  They are a blessing to our church family already!

The Word of God goes forth through Sunday School, Worship services, Bible Study, Bible time with the children, Services in the Retirement homes and sitting around the table at home!  Giving thanks for the inerrant Word of God to make known His person to those who need the Saviour:

Skylee, Serenity, Skyrah, Savannah, Evie, A.J., Laura, Anna, Shinelle, Wayne, Faranack, Navoda, Eliza, Joshua.

Please pray without ceasing for Ryan & Sophie Dubois and their children.  The Lord knows all the details!

It was a pleasure to have Hannah Venman come through the Teen Connect program of BMM. She is from Willo-Hill Baptist Church one of my supporting churches in Ohio. Hannah wanted to experience the mission field serving alongside Liana and I helping with many things and having the opportunity to teach too!  We had a great week together.

My youngest sister, Catherine, lost her left foot and part of her lower leg due to infection early in September. Through this crisis she has grown tremendously in the Lord and has been a bright light to all around her! We as a family give thanks for her godly attitude, are rejoicing with her for each step she takes and continue to pray for the challenges ahead as she learns to walk again with a prothesis! She cant wait to get back to work!

Liana is rejoicing evermore to be home from furlough and back into ministry!  Everyone is glad to have her home!

With Christmas just around the corner our ensemble is working on Ten Thousand Hallelujahs for our program.

Thank you for praying with us for Gods working in lives here in Regina.  Thank you for giving financially so that I am able to remain on the field serving full time in the ministry!

Rejoicing, praying and giving thanks,

Carrie
